- The institutional client guarantees that all personnel, employee groups, or student guardians have granted formal, valid, and lawful consent for capture, local caching, and real-time cloud data logging.
- Hardware layer failures stemming from tampering, electrical overloads, or external network link collapses fall completely outside ReadyHand Artificial Intelligence system maintenance scopes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All structural source codes, unique database architectures, graphic layout blocks, automated notification routing layers, engine mechanics (including high-concurrency evaluation structures), and mathematical frameworks utilized within the ReadyHand Artificial Intelligence matrix remain entirely the proprietary intellectual property of ReadyHand Artificial Intelligence and its Lead Architect.
No client entity, administrator, or standard user may reverse engineer, replicate, extract, or sell elements of our custom software systems without written authorization signed directly by our founder.
4. Commercial Frameworks & Subscription Cycles
Access pathways to cloud structures, WhatsApp API automation pipelines, and core system modules require timely clearance of set recurring fees or customized software deployment payments.
- Delay of system subscription renewals exceeding fifteen (15) standard calendar days results in automatic gateway freezes to safeguard storage nodes.
- Variable third-party infrastructure integrations (including local WhatsApp carrier fees, GSM gateway channels, or specific SMS APIs) fluctuate in alignment with international service provider rates.
5. Limitation of Structural Liability
ReadyHand Artificial Intelligence maintains rigorous up-time practices across all multi-regional distributed clusters. However, we assume no monetary liability for functional productivity losses, temporary communication delays via cellular carrier networks, structural database blackouts triggered by localized upstream cloud provider disruptions, or data inaccuracies arising from improper terminal configuration by your staff.
6. Jurisdictional Governance
These systemic Terms and Conditions are governed completely in accordance with the regulatory laws of India. Any unresolved corporate disputes or architectural system validation issues will be subject to exclusive legal resolution tracks in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
